Carroll Food Services is one of the largest independent contract Catering companies in Ireland. With its recent acquisition of Premier Dining's portfolio of clients in 2017, Carroll's has broadened its reach into the business and industry, education and public sectors.

Experience: Associate of the Chartered Insurance Institute and owner/CEO of Capital Cover Group Ltd, insurance brokers and underwriting agents on behalf of Lloyd’s of London. Established in 2000, Capital Cover Group employed 30 people when it was sold in 2018 to Arachas Corporate Brokers.
David Lynch is also a Board member of an educational institution and volunteers at committee advisory level on a number of local and overseas charities ands NGOs.

Roisin (BCL, MBA, Dip Corp Gov) has over 20 years experience in the food industry having worked in senior commercial roles in both indigenous and multinational food companies in Ireland and the UK. Following a role as Head of Food Sector in Bank of Ireland, she now works as Senior Investment Manager with the Irish Strategic Investment Fund.

Experience in Finance and Operations across small and large organizations, including public companies, private companies and not for profits. Range has been large multinational entities and cross-border reporting to start ups and social enterprises. Knowledge and experience of social enterprise, not for profits and cooperatives.
Worked in Irish Distillers / Pernod Ricard for 23 years, followed by working as a Finance Consultant and in companies including Gate Gourmet, Bunzl, TNS Distribution, Chocolate Factory, and House of Pine.
Areas of expertise are finance, administration, and management, covering all aspects of finance, managing and running organizations. Key areas are management reporting, budgeting, strategy, and board reporting, with additional expertise in operations, including facility management and health and safety. Strong interest in co operative and collectives.
Dr. Katrina Lawlor

Experience: former academic and Director/Dean of Faculty of Business in DIT and TU Dublin. She had a significant role in achieving the strategic priorities of the University and the Faculty. The Faculty's mission focused on growing both undergraduate and postgraduate profile and external engagement with industry. Prior to her role as Director/Dean of Faculty of Business, she was Head of Graduate Business School, Head of Research and Lecturer. She has served on a wide range of committees including Chair of Dun Laoghaire County Enterprise Board.
